The International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) in collaboration with the International Maritime Organisation (IMO), the World Health Organisation (WHO), the European Centre for Disease Prevention & Control (ECDC) and the International Maritime Health Association (IMHA) have issued a guidance document to the shipping industry to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus.

The resultant 22 page guidance document recommends that all vessels display three different posters.
